Role:

You will be the Technical Lead on all project stages and work cross-functionally across Product Development and Management, Business Development and Partner Management teams. We are looking for someone who has outstanding people skills and a strong ability to manage, plan, coordinate and oversee the implementation of industrial automation and engineering communication projects in the oil and gas, chemical, energy sector.
Location: Bulgaria, Burgas
Fulltime / Direct Hire / Permanent Role / Wage contingent on an interview

Job Details:

  • Manage components and sustaining projects from SOW to execution phase;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Understanding of network theory, analog/digital communication theory and solid-state device theory;
  • Understanding of Product and Project Life Cycle and Project Management tools (SOW, WBS, resource allocation, Gantt);
  • Preparing technical and design documents, schematic designs, development plans

Candidate Must Have:

  • Expert knowledge and experience working with industrial automation and engineering communication and working with business and technical audiences;
  • Minimum of 15 years’ in the field of industrial automation, engineering communication and telecommunication: experience in developing solutions for the implementation of projects in the enterprise, eliminating bottlenecks, development strategy;
  • Familiar with the principle of operation and mechanisms of all elements of instruments and equipment for automation, engineering communications and telecommunications;
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience leading full development life cycle projects interacting with automation and business SMEs to support system implementations and enhancements and ensure project progresses on schedule while effectively communicating with management, stakeholders, SMEs and project team members;
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment;
  • Minimum of 15 years' automation experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions;
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with all aspects of the Technical Design documents within the automation, engineering communications and telecommunications;
  • Experience identifying and supporting technological process improvements;
  • Must have excellent written and presentation skills;
  • Live communication skill-set which easily conveys complex thoughts to those with differing roles;
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to continuously learn;
  • Ability to plan and adapt to unforeseen situations

Candidate Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience;
  • Experience in SCRUM or other Agile systems development life cycles;
  • Experience supporting business-process in accordance with company policies, standards, IEC, IEEE and ISO requirements;
  • Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization;
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships;
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure related systems client/server, workstations, servers, networks, database, and middleware technologies;
  • Experience with concepts and terminology of automatic, engineering communication and telecommunication

2. Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation – Process Industry / Industrial Automation Project Manager

Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for all facets of project management and for managing the project budget and schedule, scheduling resources, managing tasks, and ensuring scope adherence during project work.

Job Details:

  • Responsible for managing the execution of projects in line with SOW and project scope;
  • Management and preparation of project schedules, budgets and change orders;
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Project Lead Manager to identify work/task breakdown structure to achieve successful project execution;
  • Working out documentation and prepare technical pre-design and design documentation, conceptual design, feasibility study and project plans

Candidate Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years' of hands-on experience in engineering area;
  • Minimum of 7 years' of Project Management experience or supporting of investment and construction projects in gas and oil, chemical or related manufacturing field;
  • Experience with reports writing and Technical Design documents within the automation, engineering communications and telecommunications;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong knowledge with estimating cost systems and MS Projects/GANTT charts;
  • Root cause analysis / problem-solving skills;
  • Team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility and creativity;
  • Excellent customer service attitude, attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate Nice to Have:

  • Work experience in the automation, engineering communications and telecommunications is highly preferred;
  • Diploma in Innovative development or in a related field, PMI training, PMP Certification preferred;
  • Understanding of industrial automation, standards and knowledge of a process industry such as gas and oil, chemical, petro-chemical or pharmaceuticals

3. Robotics Process Automation Technical Lead

  • RPA Architecture and design: Work with RPA Business Analyst and Business teams as needed to review process automation feasibility;
  • Review requirements documentation and prepare detailed technical design per process;
  • Review and update overall RPA architecture, roles and permissions design;
  • Review the RPA framework and adjust as needed to accommodate for additional functional requirements and efficient reusability of bots;
  • Assist with code reviews, testing and configuration

Candidate Must Have / Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in development and technical leadership;
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
  • Experience automating across different environments;
  • Experience with Linux, Windows OS, Database setup;
